1. We reserve the right to cancel a sale prior to its completion at any time for any reason.

2. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required within 7 days to hold any animal. Deposits are absolutely nonrefundable unless we cancel the sale. We will hold animals for an extended amount of time only if they have been paid in full. A separate charge for maintenance is required should pickup/delivery be scheduled in excess of 30 days at the rate of $1 per week for upkeep.

3. All money MUST be received before the rabbit(s) leave our possession. We will accept paypal (if used please include 4% for fees), cash, or money order NO Personal Checks will be accepted.

4. At this time shipping is not available. See the Upcoming Shows list for shows we plan to attend. If we are already going to the show, there is no transport fee. It is buyer not sellers responsibility to make arrangements and pay for all third party transport, sellers liability for the animal ceases upon third parties receipt of animal.

5. We will not sell any animals less than 8 weeks of age.

6. We request the first right of refusal, which means if you decide to sell a rabbit that you purchased from us, We would like the option of buying it back before you sell to someone else.

7. We also request that you stay in touch! We would like to keep track of how rabbits we have bred do in the show circle, for our own records / information.

8. Only rabbits believed to be in excellent health will leave our barn. We cannot guarantee placings on the show table. We will give our honest opinion (to the best of our knowledge) as to each animal's traits/faults before purchase agreement is made. Our opinion is a personal opinion not a guarantee of wins or awards.

9. All rabbit(s) sold will hold the prefix of "Rabbit Run's" before the name/ear number on all pedigrees.

10. All rabbits will be continued to be used for breeding/showing until they leave our possession.

Health Guarantee

This guarantee is void in the case of third party transports. After the rabbit is out of our care we can not guarantee how the rabbit is cared for or treated. If you are arranging third party transport you are willing to take that risk.

Provided the rabbit is properly cared for, we guarantee the health for a period of 7 days. Only rabbits believed to be in excellent health will leave our barn. (This does not cover deaths caused by predators, weather, mishandling or contracting an illness after leaving our possession. Please be careful with your rabbits!) No money refunds will be given. If applicable a replacement rabbit of equal or greater value will be provided when one becomes available. We do not guarantee show quality, reproductive ability, or quality of offspring as these depend on many different factors.

Pets

Pets do not come with pedigrees and are offered at reduced prices.

Pricing

Rabbits are priced individually based on their merit. Listed prices are subject to change due to the development, show wins, etc. of the animal. We may be able to give discounts on multiple purchases and for 4-H animals.
